fakturflow.com (this website) is a marketing site for the FakturFlow WordPress plugin. This page explains what happens — and, mostly, what doesn't happen — to your data when you visit it.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind. We don't know who visits this site, and we don't want to.

Local storage (not cookies)

Two small preferences are saved in your browser's localStorage, not as cookies, and never sent to any server:

• ff-theme — remembers whether you chose light, dark, or system theme.
• ff-locale-dismissed — remembers that you dismissed or acted on the language-suggestion banner, so it doesn't ask again.

Both stay on your device. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data for fakturflow.com.

The FakturFlow plugin (a separate product)

This page covers the fakturflow.com website only. The FakturFlow WordPress plugin itself — which you install on your own WooCommerce store — sends invoice data only to the official Ministry of Finance KSeF API (test, demo, or production, your choice). The free plugin sends no telemetry anywhere, and no third party other than the Ministry's own API is involved. The one exception is the verification link encoded in the KOD I QR code, which points to the Ministry's public invoice-verification lookup when scanned. The paid FakturFlow Pro add-on is licensed and updated through Freemius, which receives the data needed to activate your license and deliver updates.

Diagnostics (FakturFlow Pro beta, opt-in)

FakturFlow Pro has a “Share anonymized diagnostics” checkbox (KSeF Pro → Diagnostics). It is off by default. Only if a shop manager ticks it does the add-on keep a small local log of failures and send it to fakturflow.com once a day, and only on days when something failed. Uploads are accepted only from installs enrolled in the beta program.

What is sent: the error code and HTTP status, numeric KSeF exception codes, the KSeF environment (test/demo/production), PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin versions, whether HPOS, block checkout and offline mode are enabled, the plugin files and line numbers on the failing code path, and the Freemius install and license IDs that identify the beta install.

What is never sent: error messages, your KSeF token, NIP numbers, order, invoice or KSeF numbers, customer names, email or postal addresses, or your site address. Every record is checked for such data on your site before it is sent and again on our server, and dropped if anything looks personal.

Purpose and legal basis: finding and fixing bugs during the beta, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by unticking the box. Pending records can be viewed and deleted on the same screen before they are sent.

Retention: 90 days, then deleted automatically. To have the stored diagnostics for your install deleted earlier, write to the address below.
